With Samantha Ronson nowhere to be seen, Lindsay Lohan was spotted out running her daily errands in Santa Monica on Wednesday (October 8).

Accompanied by a bodyguard instead, the "Mean Girls" starlet headed into a local shop sporting a cream-colored long torso tanktop with black leggings and black boots.

Meanwhile, LiLo took to her MySpace celebrity blog earlier today, writing, "Last night i went to see Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist and it was so cute! I think the entire cast is so much fun to watch, and the storyline is great. I'm a big fan of Kat Dennings and Michael Cera. It would be nice to give them some support!"

Telling how uplifting a good flick can be, Lohan adds, "Seeing movies like this is such a good feeling. It also shows you how important movies are in life – you can be in a horrible mood, and most of the time a movie that makes you laugh and enjoy life can change your mood by the time you walk out of the theatre."

Kim Kardashian: Salon Sexy

Enjoying a day of mother/daughter bonding, Kim Kardahsian and Kris Jenner were out roaming about Beverly Hills on Wednesday afternoon (October 8).

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" ladies opted for a little personal pampering, dropping by Beverly Hills Nail Design to get their nails done.

Meanwhile, it looks as if Kim is completely finished with "Dancing with the Stars," as she told Entertainment Tonight, "I'm not going back. I would've been in rehearsals already. They never even called me."

Still happy about her experience on the reality dance show, Kim told Us magazine, "The real Kim is very shy and reserved and not outspoken and loud like everybody assumes she is. This was the perfect opportunity to show the real Kim."

Britney Spears: Another Fender Bender

What timing! Just after it was announced by Britney Spears' attorney that she has rejected a final deal from prosecutors for driving without a license - she gets involved in an accident.

Fortunately enough, the "Gimme More" singer wasn't behind the wheel - as she was being driven by her bodyguard, who ran into a paparazzo's car as the pop princess headed to shop for new shades at a store called Wasteland in West Hollywood earlier today (October 8)

As previously reported by Gossip Girls, Ms Spears was offered the option of paying $150 and spending one year on probation for her misdemeanor DWOL charge, which would have helped her to avoid going to trial for the case.

The 26-year-old Spears’ attorney, J. Michael Flanagan, claimed that the “Womanizer” singer, who corrected the violation and obtained a valid California driver’s license, should only be charged a small $10 fine. Flanagan has also guaranteed to appeal any convictions that may result. The trial will begin on October 15th.

Britney Spears: Headed For Trial

It seems like we’ve been hearing forever about pop singer Britney Spears' case of driving-without-a-license. But we are about to hear even more, as Brit’s attorney has rejected a final deal from prosecutors.

The incident happened when Brit was going through an ordeal of personal troubles. In August 2007, she nicked a parked car and fled from the scene. Although the hit-and-run count was discharged a year ago, the charge of not having a California license (she did have a valid Louisiana license) was not dropped.

The VMA winner has had court appearance problems before and Flanagan has been making sure nothing else goes wrong while not accepting the plea. He recently tried to prevent the case from going to trial, along with asking for last month's session to be put on hold because Spears was still in conservatorship and “unable to participate meaningfully in the procedures.”

A three-judge panel of the Los Angeles Superior Court unanimously denied his request yesterday.

Carmen Electra: Disaster in Rome

Though everyone in America has had a chance to see it by now, Carmen Electra is making sure audiences worldwide hear the news about her latest film “Disaster Movie.”

And the former “Baywatch” babe was spotted in Rome, Italy earlier today doing some press promotion, and looking fine in a tube top teamed with a high-waisted grey skirt and platform heels.

Miss Electra has been a busy lady as of late, recently teaming up with FreshPet to co-host the Bark for the Cure event to benefit canine cancer research and support Los Angeles parks.

Carmen was joined by celebrity dog trainer Tamar Geller and Candy Spelling on a 5K run around Griffith Park.

Joe Jonas and Taylor Swift: A Couple No More

For all of you Jonas Brothers fans out there, Joe Jonas is once again a single man! Joe and country singer Taylor Swift have ended their relationship and called it quits.

A close source to the couple said the two, who dated for several months, split in early October. Continuing about, they stated that the Disney star broke up with Taylor on the phone, stating, "He broke her heart.”

The “Tim McGraw” crooner, 18, and the "Lovebug" singer, 19, never confirmed their relationship. But Ms Swift did say, “He's an amazing guy, and anyone would be lucky to be dating him," to the reporters at the MTV Video Music Awards last month.

Reps on both sides have declined to comment - unwilling to speak about their clients' personal lives.

Brangelina and Brood: Back in France

Given their expanding family, it’s becoming a more complicated ordeal to travel anywhere. And earlier today (October 8), Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were spotted on their way back to their home in France with all six kids.

The “Fight Club” stud and his “Changeling” lady loaded Pax, Shiloh, Maddox, Zahara, Knox, and Vivienne onto a plane at the Nice airport en route to their home in Brignolles.

Their trip back to the South of France comes after a stint on American soil, first for Angelina’s New York premiere of “The Changeling” and then to visit the lower ninth ward of New Orleans.

In fact, Pitt’s Make It Right campaign has reportedly raised enough money to build upwards of 90 homes as part of the disaster relief from Hurricane Katrina’s wrath.

High School Musical Stars: Night Out at Nobu

Following the massive London premiere of “High School Musical 3: Senior Year” in Leicester Square yesterday (October 7), the HSM cast was apparently a bit hungry.

And the paparazzi caught up to Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Jemma McKenzie-Brown, and Ashley Tisdale grabbing a bite to eat at Nobu restaurant.

Zac looked dapper in his all-black shirt/tie/slacks ensemble, while Vanessa turned heads in her black flapper-style dress, and Jemma added some color to the mix with a brilliant blue frock.

As for Ashley, she rocked an ivory-colored dress while toting a shiny grey overcoat to chase away the chill. She recently told press that when it comes to the guys she’s attracted to, they have to be secure in their manhood.

“I'm always surrounded by good-looking guys, like Zac Efron. So I have to be with someone who's not going to get jealous about any of that, or when I'm kissing somebody in a scene."

Paris Hilton’s Search for a British Bestie

She arrived in London earlier this week, and last night Paris Hilton made her way around the English capital city, stopping off at a couple of watering holes before calling it a night.

The “Stars are Blind” songstress paid a visit to Madonna and Guy Ritchie’s Mayfair pub The Punchbowl as well as the Whisky Mist, looking stellar in a colorful animal print dress with a faux fur handbag.

Reportedly, Miss Hilton is in town to try and duplicate the success of her new show “Paris Hilton’s My New BFF” in the UK by finding a ‘British bestie.”

She told press, 'Everyone knows I love LA but London, watch out - I'm coming to town and bringing my fast-paced life with me. I'm in the UK all the time, but of course I can't bring all my friends, so I've decided to look for a new BFF across the pond.”

She continued, “I need a best friend who is hot, who can keep up with me, and most of all, who is real and won't be a backstabber. I'm not leaving London until I find that amazing girl or guy who can meet the challenges of being my British bestie!”

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt Visit Lower Ninth Ward

Leaving most of their brood back home, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt were spotted out and about with sons Pax, 4, and Maddox, 7, on Tuesday (October 7).

The "Mr and Mrs Smith" co-star couple were paying a visit to the Lower Ninth Ward Housing project in New Orleans - making sure that everything's going according to plan.

As previously reported by Gossip Girls, Brad shared some positive news on Monday - announcing that his Make It Right Foundation has raised enough money to build 90 homes (6 more than expected as of late August) as part of the Hurricane Katrina rebuilding effort.

When asked whether the New Orleans project was his top priority, Pitt explained that his family comes first, adding that the “love of my family brings me here.”
